Founder & Service Head
Shubham brings over 11 years of hands-on experience in TOC analyzers and analytical instruments.
His professional journey includes experience as a Service Engineer, Pharmaceutical Plant Engineer, and Field Service Engineer, providing him with extensive practical exposure to analytical instruments, pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical customer support.
At KK Calibration & Services, Shubham leads the technical service and calibration activities, working closely with customers to identify instrument issues, provide practical technical solutions, and ensure reliable instrument performance.
His focus is on delivering accurate, dependable, and timely technical support while developing long-term relationships with customers.
Shivani Kaundal
Co-Founder & Business Development
Shivani brings over 12 years of professional experience in client management, business development, and customer relations, supported by an MBA and M.Tech background.
At KK Calibration & Services, she focuses on customer relationships, business development, commercial coordination, and strategic growth.
Her experience in understanding customer requirements and managing professional relationships complements the company’s technical capabilities, helping us build strong and lasting relationships with pharmaceutical and industrial customers.
